Email Deliverability Tracking & Suppression List

We send announcement and transactional email through our own queue, but don't show opens, bounces, or unsubscribes anywhere, and there's no suppression list to stop emailing an address that's bounced or opted out. Competitors track this. Scope: capture open/bounce/unsubscribe events from our email provider, surface basic engagement stats to directors, and maintain a suppression list so we stop sending to addresses that have bounced hard or unsubscribed.
