We have no visibility into chargebacks today — a dispute on a family's card payment isn't surfaced to the director in-app. Competitors flag it directly with the bank's stated reason and the response deadline. Scope: surface Stripe dispute events in the director dashboard with reason and deadline, since missing a response deadline means an automatic loss.
